Dashe will join OCP this week and work closely with the outgoing Arizona Division President, Paula Hecht, through her planned transition over the coming weeks. Effective Oct. 19, Dashe will also assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of Tucson Orthopaedic Institute (TOI). Hecht will remain with OCP in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026 to support a seamless transition.

Dashe brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning complex physician enterprises, specialty service lines and healthcare businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer of OrthoArizona, where he led operations for one of Arizona’s largest independent orthopedic groups, encompassing 22 clinics, more than 80 physicians and a broad portfolio of ancillary and patient access services.

Dashe has extensive experience in Arizona, which includes leading orthopedic, cardiovascular and neuroscience service-line strategy and operations across the state, as well as overseeing physician practices throughout the Phoenix market. That combination of local knowledge and industry relationships will support OCP and TOI as they continue to strengthen their presence in Arizona.

Dashe succeeds Hecht, who has served as President of OCP’s Arizona Division and CEO of Tucson Orthopaedic Institute. During her tenure, Hecht has helped guide the organization’s continued development in Arizona and advance the partnership between TOI and OCP.

Dashe holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and a bachelor’s degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College.
