Lynn University earned the 2026 Great Colleges to Work For® distinction according to a survey conducted by ModernThink LLC, a strategic human capital consulting firm. This year’s announcement, released on GreatCollegesList.com and in a special issue of The Chronicle of Higher Education, marks an especially significant milestone for Lynn as it accomplished acclaim in all 10 categories evaluated by the program.

The Great Colleges to Work For program is one of the largest and most respected workplace recognition programs in the country. The 2026 results are based on a survey of 171 colleges and universities. In all, 76 institutions achieved Great Colleges to Work For validation for specific best practices and policies.

In addition, Lynn was awarded the Honor Roll designation, which recognizes four-year institutions in each size group that receive the most esteem across the greatest number of categories.
