HOUSTON, Sept. 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Evolution Petroleum Corporation (NYSE American: EPM) (“Evolution” or the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock for its fiscal 2027 first quarter, payable on September 30, 2026, to stockholders of record as of September 21, 2026. This will be the 52nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock since December 31, 2013.
