• Higher academic achievement: Pilot participants who used the tool maintained an average grade of 3.23 (B). For those submitting multiple drafts, grades improved by an average of 5 points.
• Equitable after-hours access: Recognizing the complex schedules of modern students, the platform provided crucial 24/7 support. Over 80% of student engagement occurred outside standard business hours, with peak usage recorded at 11:00PM across the board and on Sundays.
