Vienna, Austria – September 09, 2026 – Convo has announced a new live assistance version for its AI sales coach. The software helps sales teams win more deals by providing live support during calls, identifying buying signals and suggesting the right questions while the conversation is happening.
“Sales software should help you move a deal forward,” said Markus Kellermann, co-founder and CEO of Convo. “If a buyer says the price is too high, the rep needs to understand what’s behind that objection. Is the budget fixed? Have we failed to explain the value? We want to help the rep ask those questions while there’s still a chance to work through the answer together.”
Convo listens to the call and suggests responses as objections or questions come up. Reps can upload their company’s pricing sheets and product documents to answer a buyer without putting the conversation on hold to search for information. Answers can include their sources so they can check all details before making any commitment.
The same support helps reps follow up on buying signals. For example, if a buyer says they want to get started next month, Convo can prompt the rep to clarify who needs to approve the purchase. The aim is to leave the call with an agreed next step and a clearer understanding of what it will take to close.
The timing of these conversations matters a lot. In a 2020 analysis of 11,331 sales opportunities, Gong found that discussing pricing on the first call was associated with higher win rates. Convo lets teams use sales playbooks during the call to track whether questions about budget and the buying process have been covered.
Access to coaching remains a problem for newer sellers. Salesforce’s 2026 State of Sales findings, based on a survey of 4,050 sales professionals, reported that 46% of Gen Z sales reps rarely receive feedback on their sales conversations.
With Convo, managers can review specific conversation moments and turn their feedback into clear guidance for calls in the future. A rep who struggles to explain pricing, for instance, can have the team’s agreed approach available when that topic comes up again. Managers can build that guidance around their own product and sales process.
Convo runs alongside Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex as a desktop app, without adding a bot to the meeting. After the call, it drafts follow-up emails and captures action items, helping reps follow through on what they agreed with the buyer.
