Practice Owners Join Corus as Partners

With a focus on strengthening its presence across existing markets, Corus welcomed seven new practices across the Pacific Coast and the U.S. East Coast. While each practice brings its own culture and approach to patient care, the doctors share a common interest in maintaining clinical leadership while gaining the support and collaboration of a broader orthodontic community.

“Welcoming these new Doctor-Partners and their practices to Corus is another meaningful milestone in our continued growth across the U.S. and Canada,” said Feiber Omana, Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer at Corus Orthodontists. “Their decision to partner reflects the strength of our doctor-led, doctor-owned model. We continue to attract high-performing partners who want to remain independent in spirit while benefitting from a true partnership network built for the long term.”

Associate Doctors Complete Path to Partnership

Corus’ growth this fiscal year extends beyond new partnerships. The network also promoted three Associate Doctors to Doctor-Partners, creating opportunities for the next generation of orthodontists to become Corus partners within successful, established practices. These transitions reflect Corus’ long-term approach to succession planning and its commitment to creating pathways for Associate Doctors to become practice leaders and Doctor-Partners.

“Seeing Associate Doctors progress into Doctor-Partner roles is one of the most rewarding aspects of our partnership model,” said Shaun Childs, Chief People Officer at Corus Orthodontists. “It demonstrates that we’re not just building practices. We’re building rewarding careers and creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation of orthodontists to gain ownership, lead teams, and shape the future of their practices. Supporting that journey is an important part of building a strong and sustainable network.”

Continued Investment in Practice Growth

Alongside its network growth, Corus continued to invest in its practices with the completion of four practice renovations in Salmon Arm, British Columbia; Portland, Oregon; Grand Rapids, Michigan; and, Green Bay, Wisconsin. The network also completed a practice expansion in Anchorage, Alaska, and opened a new location in Bedford, New Hampshire, expanding access to orthodontic care. These investments are an important part of Corus’ approach to supporting practices for the long term. Rather than imposing a standardized model, Corus works alongside its Doctor-Partners to help each practice invest in the areas that best support its patients, teams, and future growth potential.

“Our investment in renovations, expansions, and new locations is about creating the capacity for practices to thrive over the long term,” said Tracy Moawad, Chief Performance Officer at Corus Orthodontists. “Every practice has its own patients, team, and community, so our approach is to work alongside our Doctor-Partners to understand what will have the greatest impact. Whether that means modernizing a space, expanding capacity, or opening a new location, we’re investing in the infrastructure and resources that help our practices deliver an exceptional patient experience today while positioning them for sustainable growth.”

Taken together, these milestones reflect Corus’ broader approach to sustainable growth by creating opportunities for doctors, investing in practices, and strengthening the communities they serve.

“We’re proud of the momentum we’ve built this year, but our growth is about more than the number of locations in our network,” said Dean Prevost, CEO of Corus Orthodontists. “It’s about creating opportunities for doctors to build sustainable practices, develop future leaders, and continue delivering exceptional care in the communities they serve. That is what makes our partnership model different, and it’s what will continue to guide our growth in the future.”

With new Doctor-Partners joining the network, Associate Doctors progressing to partnership and taking on practice leadership roles, and Corus continuing to invest in the growth and future of its practices, Corus enters the next fiscal year with a strong foundation for continued growth across North America.
