Chandra joins Onsera from Pangea Bio, where she served as President, AI and led the design,development and scale of an end-to-end AI drug discovery platform. During her tenure, she drove AI drug discovery programs, and negotiated a co-discovery partnership with a total value of more than $200 million with a top-10 dermatology company, demonstrating her ability to translate advanced artificial intelligence into meaningful commercial outcomes.
Her appointment comes as employers, health plans, and labor organizations increasingly seek technology-enabled solutions that improve health through weight and cardiometabolic health management while delivering measurable clinical and financial outcomes.

Prior to Pangea Bio, Chandra co-led the spin out of Oshi Health from Takeda Pharmaceuticals, helping build the founding product and clinical model for a company that went on to become one of the nation’s leading virtual gastrointestinal care companies.Today, Oshi serves more than 40 million in-network patients and has raised more than $120 million to expand access to specialty care. Earlier in her career, she helped shape enterprise AI and digital strategy at Takeda alongside the company’s Chief Digital Officer.
