Record Research Expands ‘Across the Charts’ Series, Launching Preorders for New ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s Editions

The titles will then move into production, with books printed and shipped to customers once each edition reaches its preorder goal.

Building off of the ’60s book, the three new titles will contain every song and artist that hit the Top 40 on the major music charts of their respective decades. Bringing together data from Billboard and other major music industry publications of their eras, the books provide a comprehensive look at how songs and artists performed across multiple charts and genres.
