Financing will support continued expansion of one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory platforms. Barry Salzberg, former Global CEO of Deloitte, joins the company’s Board of Directors.

SALT LAKE CITY and NEW YORK, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Platform Accounting Group (“PAG”), a leading operator and acquirer of boutique accounting and advisory firms across the United States, today announced a $355 million strategic growth financing led by Treville Capital Group, a multi-billion-dollar alternative asset manager. This financing included participation from other institutional investors including Vista Credit Partners, Siguler Guff, Aquiline, and Brightwood Capital Advisors. Existing investor The Cynosure Group also participated, following its original investment in early 2024.

This latest investment provides PAG with additional capital to accelerate its acquisition strategy, expand its service offerings, and invest in technology and talent across its platform in a rapidly evolving industry. 

Founded in 2015 by CEO Reyes Florez, PAG has grown into one of the largest accounting platforms in the country under the leadership of Florez and President and COO Tyson Chapman, serving more than 50,000 clients through a network of regional offices and specialized advisory practices. The company has completed more than 65 acquisitions since inception while maintaining a focus on preserving local relationships, empowering office leadership, and investing in deep, holistic client relationships.
