Senior Advisor, Go-to-Market appointment brings global cybersecurity experience to enterprise buying decisions
Miami, FL October 19, 2026 –(PR.com)– Gregg Barrow, whose leadership experience includes setting and executing global quantum-safe transformation strategy at IBM, has joined Qtonic Quantum as Senior Advisor, Go-to-Market.
Barrow’s appointment brings expertise spanning cybersecurity strategy, service development and enterprise delivery to Qtonic Quantum’s work helping buyers plan and carry out a quantum-safe program.
At IBM, Barrow served as Vice President and Global Managing Partner, Quantum Safe Transformation & Growth, bringing together consulting, technology and research teams with external vendors to advance quantum-safe strategy and execution. He previously led the transformation of IBM Security’s consulting and delivery practice across the Americas and established its global Data and Application Security Services competency.

Barrow coauthored the IBM report “Secure the post-quantum future.” His earlier career includes senior positions at GE Capital, Cigna, Protiviti and Citibank. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
